I think you can get away with a head coach who isn't good at X's and O's, but they have to have exceptional coordinators to make up for it, and trust them completely to make the calls on offense and defense.

That he can continue that trend for a little while? He’s done pretty good so far but this is his second season, why not make him prove it for another season or so?
