Adds a lot of crowd noise, chants, etc. Honestly, it makes the game a lot more atmospheric. There's nothing like having one hit the post only to hear the crowd's reaction (or a goal disallowed and the crowd goes from cheers to boos).
Works best if you have the game on medium speed or one notch above.
