How many times has the justice department failed this President?

They failed to get the first temporary Travel ban right.

The acting AG refused to implement.

Sessions recuses himself from the biggest case of Sedition in this Century, maybe even the last.

They fail to take the FBI director to task over several issues.

The Assistant AG folds and appoints a Special council to please the Democrats over stuff the FBI and CIA should handle.

Now they can't even tutor a judicial appointment to appear half ready.

Head ought to be filling a basket in that department including the top man!

Nothing? Did the man forget how to say, Your Fired?

Because Trump is a wuss, a incompetent wuss. A disastrous, incompetent wuss. A small handed, disastrous ,incompetent wuss. A lying, small handed, disastrous ,incompetent wuss. A misogynistic, lying, small handed, disastrous ,incompetent wuss. A racist, misogynistic, lying, small handed, disastrous ,incompetent wuss. And Mueller has bigger balls, a higher intellect and America on his side.

It's strange how Marzy supports the war zero and not the war hero.

Military service
Mueller was accepted for officer training in the United States Marine Corps in 1968, attending training at Parris Island, Officer Candidate School, Army Ranger School, and Army jump school.[15]

In July 1968, he was sent to South Vietnam where he served as a rifle platoon commander with Second Platoon, H Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, 3rd Marine Division;[5][16] he eventually became aide-de-camp to 3rd Marine Division's commanding general.[15] In April 1969, he received an enemy gunshot wound in the thigh, recovered, and returned to lead his platoon until June 1969.[17] For his service in and during the Vietnam War, his military decorations and awards include: the Bronze Star Medal with Combat "V", Purple Heart Medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals with Combat "V", Combat Action Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with three 3⁄16" bronze stars, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Parachutist Badge.[5][17]

Low energy.

My draft number was 18....they took 0-300 so I joined the Navy and went to NTC instead of the Army

Donald Trump has no real backbone or allegiance to anything other than Donald Trump

I sort of did that too. I did get the draft notice while in the Navy. When I got out and had to registrar again, the shit heads extended my draft age to 35 I think it was. This because I didn't tell them I was in the Navy? Or some such crap. I just left before I did something dumb, like I needed to get the hell out of there.

I protested having to register for the draft by registering 3 times at 3 different post offices on my 18th birthday.

2. Sly P. Dog
3. S. Poker Dog

There was only a penalty for not registering or registering under a fake name. Nothing about registering multiple times. Figure the worst that could happen was I would be drafted 3 times.

All 3 would be issued dog tags so it would be ok in the end

Wow! No sense wasting an opportunity to take a dump, hey!

Another good example of softness producing piss poor results.

No executive privelege for the incoming team! That is obsurd! But it is not the point.
The GSA guy responsible for turning over emails of the transition team should be fired!

Anyone in the executive branch that deals with Mueller's gang should be fired when they do not
check with Trump's attorneys first.

If Mueller is allowed to go fishing forever without constraint, then he and his net casters should be required to explain every cast to the public, and a judge when appropriate.

Where are we? Seven, eight months now and they are reading transition team emails??? This is investigating Russian collusion that supposedly occurred way before the election?

WTF! This is sedition way out of control. No way for the Country to benefit from allowing this degeneration to continue.

Well, it's called the law.

- The travel ban was Trump's idea and it's unconstitutional on it's face.
- Sessions would have been disbarred, literally, had he not recused himself.
- The Justice Dept has no oversight over the FBI.
- The special counsel was because Trump attempted to obstruct justice by firing Comey.

No one is "failing" him; this is how separation of powers is supposed to work, despite what Fox News says.

It's strange how Marzy supports the war zero and not the war hero.

I believe he is supporting his country against a traitor.

Benedict Arnold (1741-1801) was an early American hero of the Revolutionary War (1775-83) who later became one of the most infamous traitors in U.S. history after he switched sides and fought for the British. ... His name has since become synonymous with the word “traitor.”

Generally a spoiled blue blood who can buy himself a college deferment in time of war...Trump did it at least 3 times...while playing playboy in NYC...

So you're saying he is Bill Clinton?

Or he's Hillary Clinton?

Or he's Barack Obama?

1. Supreme Court recently lifted the ban.
2. Ridiculous
3. Patently false.
4. Rachel Maddow is your sole source of "news", right? :dunno:

It has always been a felony to provide false information on a Federal Form.

You maybe have a case with Bill. Women have never been drafted, and there was not a draft when Obama was of that age. But then you knew that already - couldn't you find a way to work pizzagate in somehow? You are slipping.

>>Wrong! The court has already disagreed with you.

- Sessions would have been disbarred, literally, had he not recused himself.
>> Very unlikely, but then he needed to be replaced.

- The Justice Dept has no oversight over the FBI.
>>
"Since the 1920s, the FBI has been supervised by the Department of Justice and the FBI Director has answered to the Attorney General. The Director briefed the President on any issues that arose from within the FBI until the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004was enacted following the September 11 attacks. Since then, the Director reports to the Director of National Intelligence, who in turn reports to the President.[5]"

However, the AG is still the chief law enforcement officer.
As muddy as this has been polluted to be, there is no doubt, the Executive power rest with the President (see Constitution for conformation) whom both the AG and Director of National Intelligence report to.

- The special counsel was because Trump attempted to obstruct justice by firing Comey.
>>> Even Comey disagreed with you.

>>> Separation of powers does not exist in the executive branch. It does between the branches, like Executive, Congress, and the Judicial.

The incoming president is not the executive.

Based on what?

Anyone in the executive branch that deals with Mueller's gang should be fired when they do not
check with Trump's attorneys first.

So, Trump's attorneys should run the government and the justice system? You may want to consult that constitution you claim to be fond of.

If Mueller is allowed to go fishing forever without constraint, then he and his net casters should be required to explain every cast to the public, and a judge when appropriate.

So far, they have. And it hasn't been forever, it's been about 8 months. Which is very short for these sort of things.

Where are we? Seven, eight months now and they are reading transition team emails??? This is investigating Russian collusion that supposedly occurred way before the election?

WTF! This is sedition way out of control. No way for the Country to benefit from allowing this degeneration to continue.

If Trump shot a random tourist on 5th Avenue, you would say it's his absolute right to do so, wouldn't you?
