Arod wants as much of his remaining contract as he can get and the Yankees want to pay the least amount possible. I cannot imagine Arod and his people aren't talking to MLB and trying to cut a deal. I expect it's going to be 150 games with Arod's lawyers making sure they're no criminal or civil charges for interfering in baseball's investigation. Insurance would then cover Arod's salary this year up to the suspension and he would then forfeit 150 games worth or nearly a full years salary. The remainder of his contract will have to be bought out by the Yankees so that they're finally done with him and his nonsense once and for all. Maybe they work out a deal where they pay him over twenty years plus interest. However it gets done they need to cut ties with this player and this situation in the best interest of the team, the fans and MLB.
