For the LMA-lovers - food for thought.

It's no secret I dislike LMA, so I did a little digging to see whether his scoring leads to wins. ...

While I do find it funny that the mods now accept an obvious troll, I have to say this.

LMA's scoring tonight led to a win. The backcourt, along with Nic, were largely outplayed tonight. Nic did hit a big three, though, yet I'm not bashing Nic because I am a big fan of his as well.

Both PFs were beastly. Hickson is a load. And yes I said PFs for a reason.

Our best player Hickson leads the stats after most wins. Tonight he unselfishly let his protege Aldridge shine a little against a lousy .420 team, Dallas.

Hickson did have a beast of a game, albeit completely different than LMA. Not better, worse, just different.

Aldridge needed the confidence-building, so our coach on the floor gave him some rebounds.

Come on now. This is getting ridiculous. Hickson had a double-double in the first half, but the team was down 15. He's going to be a very good bench player for a contending team if he ever accepts that role.

Olshey let Hickson go, gambled and lost on Hibbert, read my posts alerting everyone to how good Hickson is, and reluctantly signed Hickson. You can blame me for losing the 2013 draft pick.

Have you ever heard of "Texas Arcane?" If I didn't know better I'd swear you were him, resurrected from UseNet.

Hickson got them into position so that Aldridge could take the glory with the game-winning shot.

Good to see Aldridge get the glory this time, usually he's on the other side of your equation, helping keep the team afloat until someone else has a chance to be hero.

But seeing as he had something like 27/13/3 before that last shot, I'd say Aldridge also helped get "them into position so that Aldridge could take the glory..."

You guys know I'm a Nic fan, and I'm not trying to make excuses for his play tonight, but his wrist is KILLING him! Super iced up after the past couple games........ you can see him wince in pain after every attempt, even free throws. I always considered him as kinda' a soft Euro, but he is battling through it.
