I know, but Sly ALMOST went there first and I said I was gonna but didn't. In the back of my mind I did think, hmmm better health for our roster? But it doesn't change the fact in the least that its a tragedy for the Blazers Family.

My understanding is that yes, he was indeed a physician.
He hasn't been associated with the team for over 20 years.
