Time to attack those greedy bastards and take their money, as well as the shareholders' money!

I started looking for companies that run $1.3 trillion annual deficits without an updated budget, yet claim to be successful, but I couldn't find any on that list.

Must be the CEO?

So you think that corporations should be treated as sovereign nations.

NOW we're hearing honesty from radical Republican thinkers.

The usual suspects.

But what can we say? There will always be large corporations than employ thousands of workers. I mean, someone has to be the biggest. I was surprised there were no insurance companies among those.

Except when it comes to going to jail. ;]

Kenneth Lay
Bernie Madoff
Martha Stewart

When was the last time a current politician went to jail for stealing taxpayer money? Duke Cunningham? Hell, Charles Rangel got caught red-handed vacationing on taxpayer dollars, and he is up for re-election, and will probably win.

The biggest crooks have always been in government. If you control the police, you're pretty much untouchable.

those are people, not coporations. Corporations are treated as people except when it comes to that. Hello, can i introduce you to Rob Blagojevich?

Those evil corporations. How dare they make a profit while providing millions of jobs. It's even more disheartening to see technology companies on the list.

We really should move back to an economy built on local trade. Some hot items would be hand-carved sticks, goats, hand-made blankets and home-grown vegetables. It would really get the growth engine revving.

We should also get rid of any technological advances due to corporations. I'm sure little mom and pop shops will really push the advancement envelope. Think how wonderful life would be if we replaced healthcare advancements with bead jewelry and flea markets.

replace all barnes and noble with indian meditation book stores. :ghoti:

Yep. Those 35,000 employees of Nike would be better off trying to build and trade mud pots at the local village.

most of them likely do after their 18 hour workday, in order to afford food

Here's a secret... those 35,000 employees don't have anything to do with the cheap labor you're referring to. But don't let me interrupt the extremely wrong view you have in your mind.

Did I miss Solyndra on that list? :dunno:

Oh, and why isn't this :dunno: renamed : papag: ?

ahh right, because the 300,000 little kids making the shoes in a sweatshop are "subcontractors"

back when they fired all their american shoe manufacturers, and moved the jobs overseas to the lowest child labor bidder, man, what a great boon for americans that was

try not to think about it though, it might make you need to up your medication
