We can pick a sports movie and those who want to watch it together can.

As I understand it, only one person actually has to have Netflix--everyone else simply has to install the Netflix party browser extension on Chrome and then connect to the session initiated by the one person who has the account.

So I'm actually test driving this Netflix Party thing right now. I've got "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" running on my Netflix, and I've created a Netflix Party link

Anybody who wants to watch with me would need to be on a laptop or desktop computer (not a phone or a tablet), use the Google Chrome browser, install the Netflix Party browser extension, click/launch the link above within the browser, and then click the "NP" extension icon to join the party.

I think I interpreted the rules incorrectly--it appears that you do have to be signed into Netflix first in order to be able to join someone else's Netflix party.

That's mildly disappointing.

The director really sucks that guy should've been over there and this scene would've looked alot better. Who wrote the script a 5 year old?
