Ultimate Fight Night Live! from Denver, Co, is live on SpikeTV tonight, followed by the seventh season premier of The Ultimate Fighter reality TV series.
UFN features the largest Fight Night card in history with three hours of televised bouts. The main event showcases two Boston-based lightweight fighters in Kenny "Ken-Flo" Florian and "Creepy" Joe Lauzon. Also on the card is welterweight star Karo "The Heat" Parisyan, who squares-off against welterweight knockout artist Thiago "The Pitbull" Alves, and deaf wrestling sensation Matt "The Hammer" Hamill takes on fellow light heavyweight Tim "The Barbarian" Boetsch.
Following the Fight Night broadcast is the debut of light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter. Jackson will pick a team and begin competing against number one light heavyweight contender and former TUF alum Forrest Griffin. This season, 32 fighters will compete in a preliminary round for the right to be on the show. The first episode of the season will feature highlights and full fights from those contests, then the final sixteen will be split into teams and sent to live together in the UFC's Las Vegas mansion.
