Funny Fox news

Actually it isn't like that at all. It was simply Sly posting a link to a video that shows how hypocritical Fox News can be and that's what I originally commented on when you attempted to deflect it to CNN. I consider that trying to hijack a thread and a common Trump tactic when asked direct questions. He simply tries to deflect to someone else.
Fox is hypocritical. That is a statement of fact. End thread

You know, rather than trying to control the forum as to what can and can't be posted you can always just ignore a thread and move on. I find it hilarious after 4 or 5 exchanges your conclusion about Fox news is exactly what I posted in my first response.

Well this is kinda crazy. Knowing bodyman, he doesn’t fuck with fox or cnn. Nobody is trying to deflect to cnn or hijack a thread. Relax. The point was fox and cnn are bad and divisive. Both speak to opposite parties to the extreme. Any news like that is generally bad because you’re hearing a lot of half truths and bias thoughts. Nothing about it is fair or neutral. Plus on both shows you have to hear these half ass “deviates” which are really just people talking over one another for 5 minutes saying ridiculous things
I watched Hannity and Colmes back in the day. I generally agreed with Hannity probably 70 percent to 30 percent for Colmes. I respected Colmes 400 millions times more because I couldn't predict what he would say just because he was the lefty.

Hannity is a parrot

I wouldn't know as I don't watch either one, but the thread was about Fox News, not CNN until bodyman brought CNN into it. He's also the only one that said to end this thread. I would consider that as trying to control what is posted and why I mentioned he could easily ignore it and move on.

Jesus fucking Christ look in the mirror. Who started telling people what they could post?

Your posts are so fucking stupid I actually just got a little irritated by you and that never happens.

wow, meltdown alert. :dancewithme:

It has been a long time now since Gretchen was on Fox New. Or at least it was. Is she back?

Agreed they are here to make money not provide news, just watch and or listen to PBS.

I watch the News Hour and have for something like 30 or 40 years.

I used to watch Charley Rose but he got taken off the air for sexual harassment.

I also watch Frontline, Nature and Nova.

In addition, I like Hardball with Chris Matthews and All In with Chris Hayes.

Nope, that would be a factual statement.

From your perspective it's a factual stetement but for another person's perspective by definition it very well could be an opinion or it might be a factual statement depending on the person.

Very interesting take! Facts being variable. It reminds me of the old admonishment; Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.

Well you forgot the new category that Trump and Kelly Ann Conway came with. We now have alternative facts. That was a great monment in history knowing now that we have facts and alternative facts. :dancepenguin:

No, I don't think "we" do. If we have any facts, we only have one set.

Some people bucked the old fact that the world was flat...those folks claiming it was round didn't think there was only one set apparently..

While both Fox and CNN are biased to opposite polls, CNN does not seem as hypocritical in my opinion. Fox takes a side, Trump does the opposite and everyone at Fox follows suit. CNN takes a side and tend to keep that perspective. Not perfectly, and CNN is my least respected liberal rag. I like MSNBC much more, just as liberal as CNN I admit, but I feel they try much harder to be factual. I don’t watch much Right-wing news but I assume there is a show or channel that leans conservative yet stays above the fray.

BBC seems to be the most honest of all the stations.

They are broadcast all over the globe...were my only source of news in English for a couple of decades...I can't stand the major news stations here stateside...they have way too much infatuation with pop culture here and TV....don't really cover the world very well. I listen to several Asian news stations online to get a perspective that's not all about the US.
