During a South African Premier Soccer League match between the Orlando Pirates and Black Leopards FC a wind gust takes out a bunch of players in the most unreal way just before the storm hits. What a shame, those are two great SA clubs! Hopefully they're all alright.

It looked to me like the signs were padded anyway, lol.

No, they're pretty hard, especially flyng around like that it makes things worse. I've seen in person how they take those things on and off and they sure are not padded.

Crazy, those things flew fast. One question though, so is the guy they call the "Linesmen" the referee???

In that sport there are two linesmen, they are used to call offsides, etc.

Anybody that knows american soccer, is this the referee?

lol, what do you mean by American soccer? Everywhere soccer is played, there's one referee who goes up and down the field and makes most of the calls. And there are two linesmen at either end of the field who call offsides or out of bounds.

That was crazy. One of the players got completely blindsided.

Soccer is the same word all over the world. I think you meant American Football (NFL) and Football (soccer).

Yeah and don't forget the fourth official that isn't seen on the pitch (soccer field) and helps make calls through video. lol
