I think they're going to rest Tex as much as possible this year & sadly Ackley is there only option to back him up.

I understand resting a player here & there but damn, resting a third of your regulars all for one game is IMO a little over kill.

As I said Vic, I've no problem resting players but you don't rest 1/3rd of your starting nine & the brunt of your offense for the same game. JMO.

Perhaps the real issue is a "plan" that requires frequent resting of 1/3 of the offense.
