That's what they're calling us over at LakersGround now. With all the injuries we've had....

They probably took the name from the Basketbawful blog, which has been calling us that for the last several months.

I've been calling us that all season! Boo plagiarism!

Edit: Actually, it looks like that term was used by others in this forum as far back as 10-8-08.

The term Frail Blazers was used on O-Live for years. It's hardly original.

The folks on LakersGround really should learn not to tempt the fates of basketball injuries by talking smack. Then again...talk away.

Keep that Lakers Crap outta here Speed, there's enough smog as it is

:tsktsk:

They threw the game.

Continuing your quest to have the most absurd post in human history I see.

Good job. You are getting closer to your lofty goal.

I don't like Kobe. In fact, it is safe to say I hate him as much as any one human being can possibily hate another person.

But even I know Kobe's competative nature would simply not allow him to throw a game, any game.

If anything Kobe would want to play the most difficult opponent as early as possible just to end their hopes and dreams.

Agreed.

That said, it WAS pretty unbelievable to see Kobe miss two free throws in a row at a crucial moment in the game. It would almost make you believe in a conspiracy . . .

but the L*kers were the ones with the halftime montage about their injuries.

Well, that's applicable right now..... last season with Sergio, Rudy, Blake, Przybilla, and Raef we were the Pail Blazers.... At times McMillan's offense makes us the Stale Blazers.... A few years back when Davis was on our team, we were the Dale Blazers too. We are a team of many names :)

Should we continue?

Working with "Habitat for Humanity--Nail Blazers

So many puns, so little humor...

Did you know that sometimes he's not 100% serious?

Ed O.

I'm partial to "chasing tail" Blazers.

If something happens to PA, the "fire sale" Blazers.

Maybe, but I honestly can't tell the difference from post to post.

Besides, if it was a joke then my comment should be a compliment. After all, KS's post did make me laugh.

I would just be laughing with it then at it if the post were not serious.

yeah and i like to call bynum, bynumb from all the pain medicine he has to take....okay lame but fuck them

Then why did he aim for the front of the rim on both freethrows? Why did he laugh after? And why did he laugh when Phil drew up the play for Pau? If he was trying to win the game, why wouldn't he have demanded the ball in that situation?
