No mel...no need. Why get dumb now. Just keep playing smart hockey. Doing anything to get them fired up would be dumb.
 
I fully expect the Habs to come out and play a huge game Monday night, but man they are off their game today. This kind of effort and domination could linger. Start and first goal will be huge in game 2 I think.

I hear you chuck but at this point some of these have to be answered in 7-1 game like brier throwing punch to mcdonaghs face and all these slashed. already have brass hurt. don't nee any more injuries
 
On the plus side, I will not be at game 4 down 3-0...LOL. Hopefully 2-1 us worst case.

I guess Miller would replace Brassard most likely. Hopefully its not major.
 
He has plenty of time to heal. Game 3 Thursday. Game 4 Sunday. 2 days off before each game.

13 straight games lost with a series lead. At some point one would think we'd take a two game series lead. We'll see...

Well, now it becomes the usual question for us with a series lead...can we take a two game series lead...we never do, but for once can we do it?

After this pathetic performance by the Habs, the start and first goal are huge Monday night.
 
Yeeeeees. That was a major fucking asskicking on montreals home ice. The ghosts were all vaporized today
 
BUT great effort and dominating win today. Awesome to see. Got the game we needed up there. MSG will be ready on Thursday and Sunday to hold home ice.
 
I'll tell you man, this NBC deal for the NHL is terrible. No postgame show? I mean the Preakness was scheduled to go on NBC at 4:30. They couldn't take the hockey postgame until 4? What a joke. NHL takes it up the ass by NBC.

And yes watching MSG, but was curious to hear what Milbury and Jones were going to say.
 
Wish they stayed on the road for the rest of the series. Man, this is a completely different team on the road. Hopefully, Brass is ok and ready for the next game.
