• Tuesday marks the first of four regular season contests between the Trail Blazers and Jazz in 2016-17. It’s also the season-opener for both teams.

• The Trail Blazers defeated the Jazz in three of their four matchups during the regular season in 2015-16, upping their record against Utah to 9-3 over the past three years.

• The Trail Blazers are 6-2 against the Jazz at the Moda Center dating back to the start of the 2012-13 season (2-0 last season).

• Portland was 11-5 against Northwest Division opponents last season, while Utah was .500 (8-8) against division foes.

• Damian Lillard averaged a team-high 28.7 points on 51.6% shooting (43.3% 3-PT) in four games against Utah last season.

eh last year Portland as 4-2 without Lillard with wins over Cavs, Kings, Nuggets(2x) and losses to Pelicans and Jazz.
(Hawks game was without CJ too)
Just like last year the T-Wolves weren't going to make the playoffs.
This year Jazz aren't going to finish in a top 6 seed in the West... If they even make it. They should though~
