They're baaaaaack! No, I'm not talking about the L.A. Slippers. I'm talking about those Red Statement jerseys that were so divisive amongst Blazers fans last year.

Some fans may favor the bright and bold simplicity of these Red uniforms. Some others may think it looks like a used sanitary pad got run over by a truck. In any case, these jerseys are here to stay, at least for another season.

And although Blazers will be wearing their Statment jerseys for this game, they already made quite the statement in their previous game, defeating a formiddable Milwaukee team. CJ absolutley lit them up, and suddenly it sucks to be the Bucks.

Credit to the the Blazers, starting this season with urgency, gobbling up wins at a pace that would equal a 59-win season. The caveat, though, is that their opponents (outside of the Bucks) have been, uh, not the best. But who cares? A win is a win. And you can only win those games in front of you. So far, the Blazers have done a great job of that.

Meanwhile, the Clippers are no longer Lob City, having lost CP3, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan over the past couple seasons. You would think they are Sob City now, but in actuality, the new-look Clipper have played surprisingly well and are the 5th best team in the West thus far in the season.

So although this is nowhere near as exciting as the game against Milwaukee, it's always a joy to BEAT LA!

The tire track jerseys SUCK.

Plus they are jinx jersey's.

:(

These Clippers are likeable, except Patrick Beverly. It would be super-fun if they go to Playoffs, and Lakers miss it. But yeah, we should win this if we continue playing like yesterday.

Don't let down!

Yeah it has the feel of a let down game. The Clips can not be underestimated. They have enough good defenders (i.e Bradley, Beverly, and A Moute) to go a long with shooters who can get hot. Plus 3 days off to prepare. I felt good about the Bucks game because I knew the Blazers would be up for it. I don't have the same feeling with this game. It is going to have to be one of those "ugly wins" if we want them to pull it off.

Just 2 days to prep for this one--3 days between the Clipper and Celtics games.

LAC's roster isn't nearly as bad as I thought. We have a big advantage at C and PG, but they have a big advantage at the F spots. Will Avery's defense or CJ's offense win out?

Will be funny to watch Meyers against Boban!

Did you miss the memo that DOC RIVERS is still their coach, that makes them pretty unlikeable lol.

I think Dame will go off. He has a grudge with Beverley and Dame is a dangerous man when he's playing for something extra.

Good for us. Bradley plays Dame better than anybody.

Because we're lucky
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because we're lucky
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
Because we're lucky
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because we're :blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah:

Never mind that we've been missing our starting SF all season and our best shooter off the bench is nursing a pulled quad. We're the lucky ;)

Is it me or do we always get to play teams without their best players? You think that effects/affects our record? Just asking.
I think yes, but you have to keep in mind that we are not the only team to play against teams missing their best Players
