Except for one second half he's been a major disappointment. It's one thing to be rusty and out of shape after an injury. But bad decision making, not passing, and trying to do too much are not acceptable for someone with his experience. Is he trying too hard to showcase himself?

I think part of the problem is that the WHOLE TEAM is trying to do too much individually, and they're not concentrating/working on playing as a unit/team.
