Good to have Vinny back, strong game by Laf. Sullivan getting smart and cutting Fox's ice time to 20 minutes. As bad as they've been at home, the Rangers are tied for a wc spot.

They will need to stay healthy at the top of the roster in order to compete for a playoff spot this year. They are a different team when they lose one of their top Cs.

I'm still not buying Laf until he does something against a contender but he's been playing good hockey against shitty teams. PP 30th, PK 13th need to get more shots on goal. Sullivan's defensive philosophy creates ample opportunities with neutral zone turnovers but the Rangers' conversion rate is awful. The team still overpasses and Fox still kills the PP by stopping quick puck movement allowing the opponent's defense to reset but much of what's wrong with the Rangers is correctable.
