Bucks are completely healthy. That's a rarity for this year.

Blazers have no chance in this game unless Dame shows up with his heroics again.

i thought it was pronounced more like "A DET o KOUMBO"

his predraft stuff on draftexpress was wild. had all sortsa pronounciations

The Bucks' game notes show it pronounced as "ah-dedo-KOON-bo"

I'm sure I've got his name right once or twice, but to be totally honest I've given up trying.

Rest dame

This would probably be a very smart move, this game is a long shot to win. I get the feeling Dame would be beyond pissed to go along with the plan, but maybe he could see the big picture thinking in it.

Dame's comments tonight all but confirm this.

I'm not so sure this a sure thing loss. The Bucks are beatable. The Blazers just had a big win that they needed. These things on the road tend to create a better Mojo.

We watched a couple things against the Bulls. Melo played but played very poorly again and Stotts not only pulled him but didn't put him back in at all. Ended up with 17 minutes. Yes still too many.

Stotts also decided to start Little and he did have an effect on the game. Trent and Simons are starting to work better together and it is taking some pressure off of Lillard.

Harry Giles did not have a great game but he is still getting minutes and he is starting to shoot the ball better or drive straight to the basket.

Roco does make a difference on defense no question. They need him out there even if he isn't scoring. He will have his hands very full vs the Bucks.

Like i said above I'm not sure the Bucks should look past the Blazers but the Hornets beat them tonight so they might be playing tougher. few things that seems to be their achilles??? They shoot terribly from the free throw line and they do not guard the three well. They also give up offensive rebounds. This works in Kanter's favor for sure.

Problems for the Blazers? The Bucks score very well in the paint. They have Giannis who is always a handful. Kris Middleton and Jrue Holiday pretty much make their defense. The Blazers will need to pass well and move on defense. If they don't Lillard will get a blanket thrown on him and this could get ugly.
Do i need to say they absolutely need to limit Melo and his jab step, 16 dribble, pump fake, step back fade away 17 foot jumper? It's becoming a horror movie out there?

I like your positivity, but this is a bad matchup for a lot of reasons:

1) Bucks are way more talented - especially given all our injuries.
2) Holiday has the ability to give Dame problems on his own and he's got Middleton and Giannis to back him up.
3) Lopez will be pulling Kanter out of the key, going to expose him on defense
4) We are going to have a REALLY hard time matching up with their forwards.

Is it possible? Sure. I think it's highly highly unlikely.

I know why we are 10-8, and despite everything, it's worse than it should be.

How in the hell are the Bucks only 1 game better than that?!

Noticed a few times during the game, and especially walking off the court postgame, Dame was limping pretty bad. I never saw him actually get injured or hurt though.

Bucks are only 11-8, despite what DarkWebs posted. Why are they some big scary team we can't beat? They have as many losses as we do and they're healthy! We can absolutely win this game.

We shall find out soon enough, I really hope we win!

I do think we can win this one but it will be hard.

I realize this isn't a Dame v Steph thread but if Dame has more points, more assists, less turnovers and neither guy is a great defender... who is having a better season and who is the better player?

How many games have they played without Giannis?

He seems to have missed one game. The MVP/DPOY has only missed one game and they have this record. Jrue, Khris, BroLo and Donte haven't missed any. I'm not saying a win is guaranteed but I'm also not scared.

We can barely handle lottery teams so...

2) Holiday has the ability to give Dame problems

I agree and addressed that. Holiday is always trouble but what i was addressing was passing and motion on offense. Blazers have an answer. They have two guys that are capable of making them pay. The other issue for the Bucks is that offensive rebounding. Kanter could clean up. If Dame can get the ball out and a decent shot can be taken All three Little, Trent and Simons can make shots. If they happen to miss Kanter does a pretty good job working under the rim which happens to be their weakness.

Bottom Line i agree this is a tough game most likely. But the Blazers have a couple defenders (Not sure if Jones is back?) in Roco and Little and they have shooters that can keep them in the game. They have a rebounder that can clean the glass. The goal on the road is to have a chance to win at the end. Keep this game close and anything can happen.
