I agree. And I was just thinking to myself how much slower we look this year than last. I can't imagine all of that is because we have one new guy in the starting lineup.

Do you often watch players try to screen off the ball? It rarely ever works in the NBA. It's not just a Hassan problem but it seems like you're specifically trying to single him out.

It literally feels like we're trying to run the clock down on offense half the time.

You've already decided that you aren't going to like Whiteside. Even with Nurk and Meyers it was very rare that they set a good pick the 1st time, it was usually a re-screen that was effective. Hopefully Whiteside learns how to do that.
