Great 3-1 homestand. Let's get at least a 3-2 road trip and go from there.

Good to see AC playing like AC tonight. He can play better, but at least tonight wasn't another atrocious shooting night from him.

Solid end to the game, but they really have to work on starting the games better, and starting the 2nd halves better.

It's a 48 minute game.
Miami's starting lineup was simply really good and that is why we got off to bad starts but they didn't have the horses to compete with out bench.

Good game, good win. But we should have WALKED away with this win. I don't want another game like this against a crippled team.

Miami had their two best players. This Heat team dropped 110 on Utah. We held them to 92. Give props. It was a solid win. Maybe our best of the year.

God this team is a tease. these guys show flashes of dominance at times on offense and actually good defense for spurts, then completely shit the bed at other times.

We needed less than 3 mins of effort and execution to make this an easy win

The haters have slipped away into the night, I see. And where is Sinobas?

Really?

The only thing CJ has on Dame is a prettier offensive game. Don't get me wrong, I love watching CJ do what he does best. I know that you know there is more to the game of basketball than that.

Dame is a better passer. Dame can run a team consistently. Dame has intangibles that are RARE. Dame also rebounds better.

Circling back to the scoring, although I agree CJ has a more skilled game, Dame still gets it done just as well, if not better. He's plenty skilled, and he's closing that particular gap with CJ. His game also utilizes a bit more athleticism which CJ just doesn't have. He's also got deeper shooting range and I'd say they are pretty close to equal as 3 point shooters. CJ has a higher percentage from 3, but he gets more catch and shoot opportunities than Dame. Dame with his feet set is damn near automatic.

I'm glad we have both.

We are the second youngest team in the NBA. I think consistency comes with experience.

After James Johnson was ejected, the Heat had 7 healthy players to start the 4th quarter. Dragic's legs lost their lift, and Miami's win streak on their road trip ended at 3 games.

I've said for years that Josh McRoberts should have stayed in Charlotte, where he was a team star. The Heat TV guys were acting as if it's rare for him to get this much time.

Did you see Plumlee roll around on the ground with 1 minute left in the game, get up and instantly run to cover McCollum, enabling McCollum to make a shot? Plumlee must have watched the game as he rolled over 10 feet, because in a continuous motion, he was running as he got up, to the perfect spot 20 feet away.

Disconcerted look even after the win

I think he's just pissed about the streamers falling on him.

I don't know why we set off the streamers after every home win. I find it very odd.

Hpbasketball needs to shut up about Turners plus minus. That's literally all he talks about. Stats are just a tool, they are not the end all be all. Anyone who actually watches the games can see the impact (POSITIVE) Turner has been making for a couple weeks now.
