Kanter may not score 38 but he often gets a buttload of rebounds to go with his points and if he can also toss in a few assists/steals/blocks without too many turnovers, 38 is entirely possible.

Thanks for explaining that, the first time. Appreciate! It's "the OCP" So .5 points are associated with Assists and Blocks and then added to Points, Rebounds, Steals and Turnovers which are collectively grouped as a whole number.
