I follow lots of sports, and teams in different competitions. I have been lucky enough to see many of my teams win championships.

There’s always a certain type of fan who bitches, and moans about the team; even during a championship run.

They celebrate the championship, but their joy last about three days before they go back to their whinging.

Don’t pay any attention to these people, nothing pleases them except their own pessimism.

Most elite players in NBA history have terrible shooting %’s in the clutch (not Dirk tho). Its guys like Rudy Gay who have incredible %’s in comparison due to the low usage.

It's because they take the "Clutch Shot". That shot was being guarded heavy. He had to call for the screen twice. Then he got a sliver of daylight and nailed the shot. That was an All-Star shot right there. Very few people in the world make that shot. Lillard not only is capable of making it but wants the ball to take that shot. It's why he is the leader of this team.
By the way CJ iced that game with his shot. If he doesn't make that shot Minny is still in the game. The Blazers are lucky to have two players capable of making those kinds of shots.
