Please explain how you can actually know you banned a guy? I'm not as computer savvy as some of the rest in here? Can't he just start a new account? With a different name?

He could start another account. We have ways of knowing. Either way he has a distinct negativity. Easy to spot.

So you cancel the new account and then just keep some of the info and cross reference somehow? Then when they say the same kinds of things to the same posters and create the same problems you kick em in the Tunchi?

well, it wasn't a very pretty win, at least not till Dame went off down the stretch. Win is a win though, and it was needed with the schedule ahead over the next 3-4 weeks

Turner and Meyers lived down to their reputations; Mo the glue-guy showed up instead of Mo the incredible shrinking man; Nurk showed he is the 2nd best player on the team; and, Lamar Hurd wasn't too obnoxious...or maybe he's just blown thru the standard and I don't notice anymore

Derrick Rose - 2.1M salary; CJ - 25.8M salary. Is CJ 12 times better than Rose? I sure wish the Blazers could sign somebody as good as Rose for the Vet minimum like Minny did. Instead, we get to see Curry at 2.8M and his DNP-CD tonight. I wonder if that will become a trend?

I was thinking the same thing about Rose. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a scoring threat like that to be in the second unit. I think relying on him down the stretch is asking too much for his old bones. That was Minnesota’s mistake tonight. I’d have used some of those young guys tonight when Rose missed his last three. But that’s easy to say now.

We only won because they were missing Covington. We always get lucky and face teams without their stars. /s

RoCo is a very inconsistent shooter. If the Blazers were better with the turnover's they smoke these guys.

Great effort and I'm happy for the win but that was some low low BBIQ play by the Blazers. You won't win much in the NBA if you don't value every damn possession. Quit the hero play, driving one into three traffic, hero passes, and passing up open threes. Play simpler. I thought Blazers played good defense and played with tons of heart & effort.

I gotta say one thing. We are sooooooo freakin lucky to have had Nurk drop into our laps. That guy I think is gonna be the best center in the NBA.

I wonder if they had a chance? He was available. There was some conversation about it. Some felt he was washed up and would be a head case. It's always a risk with a player that has been through things like Rose has.

KJ unless he’s using a VPN they should be able to tell where he’s posting from (just like you and I), our compputers and other devices have several ways to be tracked down online the most known and easiest to track is our IP address.
Now when an admin bans someone my guess is they are just shutting off that account, so he/she could theorhetically make a new account. They could possibly IP ban someone as well, but my guess is they would need someone involved with the server’s for the site to do that. Even that may not be a perfect solution if someone is really determined to be here as there are ways to spoof IP’s, and ways to hide an IP too, though someone with the right skillset could undoubtedly figure it out.

Even though Layman did not knock them all down tonight he brought some intensity to the game tonight. Also make a few really good and timely defensive plays tonight. Gotta keep hin in the rotation. Sorry but Curry had a run to see if he could live up to the name but it’s time to use our home grown guys.

I banned a moniker. If they want to come back under a new moniker and we find out we will ban that new moniker. The trick is if you are banned and come back under a new moniker you should stop the behavior that got your last moniker banned.

The score was never that. They were up 100-94. We went on 19-5 run the rest of the way.
