It's sad that Trent can't pass the ball or he'll never get it back because the coach doesn't actually have a plan with the second unit. He just let's them play.

That feeling amongst the players is so bad for this team and not a recipe for success. Each are out for their own shots without passing.

That's the environment Terry Stotts created.
