best thing Devils can do is stay out of the box but refs are hardly letting things go. That has been the main difference maker in the 2 games.

Pretty even first period. Rangers over passing a bit, and a little loose on the puck. A few times pucks rolled off their sticks, or bounced over their sticks, or they half fanned on passes. A little off in that period, but not bad. Need to raise their game a level though, and remember what got them here, getting pucks deep and shooting. That one play from the slot with the extra pass was terrible.
