Man, I’ve been a big Nurkic guy but he’s looked awful. How do you try to dribble in the paint when there are 3 defenders surrounding you? That’s elementary level basketball knowledge.

You have to plug him back in and redownload the basketball program into Nurk after every game. If he goes to sleep, it loses all memory.

Am I the only one that has noticed that CJ has been our best perimeter defender through three games? I mean, 3 games is tiny, but if he can sustain this level of defense I'm think I could be coerced off the CJ for Simmons boat. Just need Dame to regain his MVP level of play.

I honestly think Nurk is bipolar or deals with depression or something. His performances are so uneven. He's a monster one game and a mouse for two others. His inconsistent effort and energy is going to keep this team from going anywhere meaningful.

We need to institute the RoCo Rule: Robert Covington NEVER touches the ball on offense.

And Dame, Dame, Dame ... you need to find your shot. Everyone complains about CJ, but Dame's taking some questionable shots and not making them.

No he’s just not very good. He’s a role player with too high of expectations from Portland fans
