I think Dames defense is actually pretty decent. CJ on the other hand is awful...

CJ I understand you can get your own shot at will.
I understand stotts wants Portland to go before the defense gets set.
But the defense was set.
Nurk however wasn't in position to rebound.
Gotta let your big have a chance to rebound when he has such an advantage.
