The difference in offense couldn't be more pronounced.

when you have a bunch of bad defenders on your team, it will inevitably eventually look like they don’t give a fuck about defense.
Not really in tune with coaching in the league but wondering what exactly do the assistant coaches do? I mean is there a shooting coach? Defensive coach? Or does Stotts make up everything and the assistant coaches just preach his gospel?

Fucking depressing

Lol terry "i dont even know to adjust my pants" Stotts.

No, usually an assistant focuses on the defensive gameplan. I hope for Tibbetts sake, it's Dale Osbourne. If not, he'll never get a HC job.

I've finally talked myself into it. I think for there to be any chance for this team to level up, there's going to have to be a coaching change.

This team never will reach its potential with this no-ball-movement/no-movement-away-from-the-ball/rudimentary-pick-and-roll defense. Even when it's healthy, this team never will beat teams as talented as we are because they'll always play better as a team. They'll get bigger contributions from their role players than we do.

I just can't continue to think that a team that I feel is talented struggles (and sometimes loses to) the dregs of the NBA and gets blown out by any good team. I'd have to be foolish not to admit to myself what is a clear pattern and totally evident.

Quinn Snyder is such a monumentally better coach which isn't saying much when compared to Stotts.

How Snyder has been able to get the results he's getting out of that roster is beyond me. We have so much more talent than they do.

Oh boy a 8-0 Blazers run

Welcome! We got punch and juice on the far end and a pin the tail on the stotts to your left.

Want we are missing some nasty guys and energy guys. Problem is we got 2 but there injury Nurk and Zach couple players brings both.

You don't think Utah's roster is better than ours? Wow...

Thanks for the education on that. Just seems weird that somebody would allow the same style of poor defense week after week.

Stotts has gone into "Dame, please save me" mode.

Ultimately as a head coach, Stotts has to sign off on the gameplan, so he's not free of blame.

Just got home and turned it on. Not really the score I was hoping for.
70 points through three quarters? Must be getting stuffed.

No we don't.
We have the best player between them.

They have the 2nd and 3rd best.

We have the 4th best. Maybe the 5th best as well.

They're bench is as bad as ours.

I'd say we're equally talented.

Snyder is certainly the better coach.

I'm getting close.
It would be nice to see more "set plays" rather than just "sets"..

Problem is the offense is just Dame ISO boring ball hogging
Don't blame Dame for that, it's not his fault. He has to for us to have any chance. Stotts doesn't give him a choice.

The defensive gameplan, adjustments, and fundamentals have been just as bad as the offense this game.
