We are not well coach I don't want anybody says. Players not even looking to shoot all there trying to do find Dame. Defensely if can't rebound on defense boards your not going be a good defense team.

Why is rocco playing?? Absolutely useless. Of course shroder came back bs us not vs any other team but first game back vs Portland we always get shit on. But this team is useless if it doesn’t hit 3 pointers it’s terrible coached team just i fucking hate this team . Once we lost giles not signing back up center destroyed us. Kanter worst defensive player in history of basketball

Wake me up when Hood, Melo, and Ant are gone and we didn’t sign Cousins.

Bad news is Hornets aren't exactly pushovers any more. Long long long season. It's hard isn't it.

No team is a pushover with this current roster/injuries.

I tired to tell ya early in the season. But this team ain’t it. Remember we looked like this even with Cj and Nurk possibly even worse. Don’t let that 6 game win streak fool ya

I think we are seeing why Trent never passes... he's bad at it.
The only way to get better is to do it more often. He was clanking 3s his rookie year and now he's a great shooter.
The same goes for Dame and team defense (he became a solid man-to-man defender), don't be afraid to try and fail, eventually you'll get better at it

The Covington trade seriously is just slightly worse than the Felton trade. Covington's not a dog player like Felton. But you can't give up two first rounders for an average offensive player and a slightly above average but outsized defensive player.

Could the Blazers use a player the caliber of Talen Horton-Tucker sometime in the next 5 years? Probably, but you miss those opportunities when you flush resources down the toilet.

We had to send two mid-first-round picks and a player out to get RoCo. The Lakers got Dennis Schroder for an aging player and the 28th pick.

That's horrible GMing.

To be fair most people were complimentary of the trade at the time, RoCo has just been a major disappointment.

Two first rounders was a lot.

Two first rounders was a lot.

You would hope for 2 first rounders and our full MLE we would have got two wings that teams are afraid to leave to go double team Dame. Nope, we just got two guys that shoot the same 3pt% as Harkless and Aminu.

Having said that, DJJ has been doing some good things as of late.

A complete jumbled mess. Dribble down the clock and force a long, contested jumper or turn it over. The lack of easy baskets is frustrating.
posted this before the game

Came across this stat after listening to Scalabrine talk about the Celtics' clunky offense this season.

We take the fewest wide open and open shots in the game.
