Nas is the X factor.
Hangover?Nas was out for a non-covid illness and I think this is not the first time for the same reason.
Should have been able to win this one.
Im back on the tank wagon…
Also.
Simons: 1-9 FG, 2 pts, 2 rebs, 1 ast, 1 stl, 1 to, -9 -- 31 minutes
WTF is that. Simons is well past his days when he can be a complete 0 but he's done it so often this year. And he's getting slaughtered on defense every night.
Yet he's being forcefed minutes because of injuries. I'm fully on board trading him too. Nas at least contributes on defense and brings energy. If Ant's shot is off, he's completely useless. Enough with the kid gloves. Just rip the bandaid off and trade him.
Snell.... just ugh
Snell: 0-1 FG, 0 pts, 3 rebs, 1 stl, 1 blk, 1 to, -2 -- 18 minutes

yeah, if he can't stay healthy he should not be in our future, as much as I like his play and development. So annoying to see a player out every other game for some reason as a young player. When is he not out for weird excuses. Dude is always on the injured list for one reason or another
The fact that Joe hasn't made a trade in the two weeks he's been GM, while the most likely person to be traded can't be because he can't pass a physical? Let's all chill just a little, obviously when we're dropping games to teams like NOLA we want immediate action but I'm still really hopeful for big moves between the new year and trade deadline that will not only reshape the way this team is playing for the rest of this season but reshape our future chances to contend with Dame. The fact no trades have been done yet is discouraging.
We might be giving up on the season
If they wait until the deadline to make a trade, then they're pretty much giving up on the season. The way that this team is currently constructed and playing, they will be way out of the playoff race by the deadline. The fact the Joe hasn't made a trade in the two weeks he's been GM, while the most likely person to be traded can't be because he can't pass a physical? Well the range I gave is a little over a week from now to the deadline. If Cronin hasn't been given the green light to tear it all down, including trading Dame, and start a youth rebuild then he will have to make moves that have this team competitive enough to make up the ground between the time he makes them and the playoffs, for the team to have a chance to win in the playoffs. I honestly think if he doesn't make those moves then he won't retain the job and everyone has to believe this guy wants this job. So I expect moves... I'm just not panicking after 13 days without a move.If they wait until the deadline to make a trade, then they're pretty much giving up on the season. Thank you! You see my point now. Just wasting time over and over again

13 days then but I do think it's logistically easier in the middle of the season to trade a healthy player than one that doctors won't let play.the physical isn't mandatory. Teams can waive the physical on an incoming player. In CJ's case a team can ask for all of the medical records on the collapsed lung

I think he was sick non covid related.Trade Little too. Dude is Mr. unrealiable. He plays 3-5 games and is injured again
*has needed broken up for 5 years.Three guard lineups aren’t necessarily a bad idea, but when none of them are above average defensively it’s a HORRIBLE one.
It’s so fucking obvious what needs to be broken up here.
No.Will Nurk ever stop with the DUMB fouls!?
Maybe for CJ's lung to fully inflate? What is Cronin/front office doing? The time is ticking fast on this season. Either you sign a big to help immediately or you need to make trades fast. Marquese Chriss was available, Ersan Ilyasova was available, Boogie Cousins was available. All guys that are taller than 6’9”. There is a tipping point to the season where it will be too late to make a run and would be better off to tank and just keep the lottery pick.
As in, "Nas is going to miss tonight because of X."
