Somehow I don't think any of the players care that he left, or take it personally.

If they did, they sure do a good job of masking it with apathy.

Vonleh isn't 23 Calabro.

So many mistakes this broadcast.

The Blazers should be able to forfeit the rest of the season. Or maybe Sim it like you can on a video game.

In your opinion, what would this Charles Oakley type player bring, that Ed Davis doesn't?

Aggressiveness, tenacity and the threat of beating you senseless if you piss him off.

Crabbe loves to foul. Decent defender? Not even close.

Lillards on ball defense is solid. It's is off-ball defense that sucks.

Just when I was going to say something good and then commit a shooting foul. But there playing hard against well coach team.

I think the #1 thing this team is missing is a sense of urgency. There is none of that, and they need to have it for 48 minutes.

They are playing hard, I'll give them that. And that's what you have to do against good teams like this.

This, however, has become very apparent to me that our negatives are a coaching issue. When I was watching plays in the beginning of the 2nd quarter, whenever our guys dribble to the paint and get stuck, they stop and panic, and don't know what to do. And, to make up for it, if the guards or wings got the ball, they'd run around doing crazy shit instead of spacing the floor and being consistent on the play.

I know I'm probably shit at explaining that, but I know what I'm trying to say. And it's very clear to me that that is a coaching issue.

Stotts needs to go. That's my Christmas wish for Santa.

So Oakley's attitude, more than his skill set? Who in today's NBA do you think could provide this for us?

They aren't mentally engaged for more than a couple minutes per game, and seem to lack the mental strength to stay engaged if the other team pushes back at all.

They seem to think that they can take plays off, put in at the end, and still win. They're not good enough to be able to do that.

Compare that to the Spurs who generally seem under control, methodical, but also aggressive on both ends.

Exactly. That's why are offense stagnates when teams play hard on defense.

We have guys running into each other all over the place on that end. Our spacing and ball movement has disappeared

Turner's ability to post up and create would have been an asset tonight. The Spurs cover the paint and three point line too well for the Blazers to get anything going.

There you go.

This is a coaching issue, more than a player issue. A coach should be able to bring consistency to the court by playing his players to their strengths. Stotts isn't doing that.

CJ as a PG? Get the fuck outta here with that.

If we had a big who could post up or generate his own shot it would help immensely.
