I can't believe that him and Stotts won't be gone if we don't do something unlikely and make it to the conference finals again. One actual playoff run in 9 years that resulted in a sweep in the WCF? That's not enough. Just making the playoffs is not enough. I mean, I won't be surprised to see them back if we don't make it out of the second round, I'll just be unbelievably disappointed.

I'm not confident at all that the ownership group will make any substantial changes.

Wait??? You said they were losing because they are a "Smart" organization when they got absolutely destroyed by the Lakers without AD on Sunday. You can't have this both ways?
Your position on this has already been stated. You expect them to lose and lose big because they want a better pick and are not satisfied with mediocrity.

We would have to had won 4 straight and this game to get 2nd? That's not as close as you seem to think it is... especially considering we had to go on a big winning streak to make that possible AND have other teams lose to make that happen.

This is true: Especially if you focused on the way we executed defense in those four losses, which is a perilous premonition in a new winning streak. We could also lose four again after this victory.
