You (the general, not you specifically) use a lot of counting stats when talking baout LMA. # of rebounds, # of points. Look at tonight. LMA had 19/8, which seems like a good game. Yet he had 19 on 20 shots. Dame, b/c he shoots 3s and attacks the hoop, has 38 on 21 shots.

Exactly, that Points per attempt ratio is terrible! He's not good, he's just good at getting his shot off.

Sometimes I wish Dame would just go all Dame in the first quarter and the 4th quarter. Maybe we could put away a few teams earlier. But if I have to pick one then it's great that he is Mr 4th quarter.

On a side note there is something sweet about hearing the Laker post game announcers talk about moral victories and "how hard they played"

I do. And if you look, it was because he was 7/17 (not efficient) until the 4th, when he went 6/6 in the paint. He was 5/14 outside the paint, and 9/11 inside. Today, 4/13 outside paint, 4/7 inside. There's a trend here.

With Rolo and Freeland out, I'm just glad Meyers had a double double and Kaman rebounded well and blocked some shots. Anyway we win with our A and B centers out is a plus. Damian is a machine! What a finisher! He's really, really special.

Every time Leonard has a good game I want believe that he is finally getting it, I honestly do. Great job tonight but I have learned that he is very up and down. Terry will start him next game and he will have 3 quick fouls or something.
