I don't typically complain about the refs, but the Clippers are the most protected team in the entire NBA. This stuff seems to happen with them every game. I don't see it with other teams. Paul actually grabbing Frazier's arm and Frazier gets called for a foul? Total joke. The ref calls the ball off the Clippers correctly and Paul and Rivers complain and suddenly he needs to confer with an official nowhere near the play and they change it to the wrong call! Horrible.

The coldest part about that call is that he had a CLEAR VIEW of the play. It was HIS LINE.

Ken Mauer has always been a terrible ref...

Mauer saw it. He was looking right at it. He called it. But because he's the Clipper's bitch, he let some fucktard who couldn't see it overrule him. WTF?
 
Guys... Whenever you make a black & white call you don't ask for help AFTER you've made the call.

If your partner has completely different information (and this is something you pregame) they are to come to you and say: I have information do you want it? The calling ref then can use that info to change his/her call or he/she can reject that info. The bottom line is it's the calling ref's call to make. This is TEXTBOOK. If you are not clear on what the call should be, you blow your whistle, you keep your hand up, and you ask for help BEFORE you make the call. What the fuck is Ken Mauer doing?

And this, all of this, is why I hate the clippers more than any team in the NBA.

Dame is the least respected superstar in the NBA when it comes to that. Chris Paul fouls people and gets calls. Harden just goes into uncoordinated spasms when no one touches him and he gets sent to the line.

Lillard is knocked into the crowd and it's a 5-on-4 the other way.
 
The racist and disgusting posts which were made in this thread could get this forum disassociated with the Blazers. I wouldn't blame the executives for pulling the plug if they read the things people have said in here. I know it's the Internet and there's this (incorrect) assumption that you can say whatever you want to on it. But for crying out loud do you really mean what you are saying? I hope not, but by the off chance you are serious please remember that life is short, and these aren't just athletes they are human beings with mothers and fathers, many with wives and children. Your greatest gift is the ability to be in control of your actions, we all have it within ourselves to be good or bad, it's our gift to decide which type of person we want to be. Please in the future be more respectful of your fellow fans and human beings and remember that once you put something on this forum it's there for anyone who visits to read it.

I think your blowing things a bit out of proportion...fans get heated when their team gets the shaft...they say things...do they mean all of them...probably not. I know some heated things were said and a few posts were maybe over the top, but I didn't see any racism...all this anger is fans loving their team
 
Geez! Just looked at the box, had basketball practice in Eugene tonight so I didn't see the game.
Damn guys there is one big sore spot in the Blazer's box. A whole lot of blazers were shooting a fair percentage but they didn't half the shots between the lot of them.
Guess who did? and didn't make them?
