When I watch I can't believe how often our players just randomly decide to stop guarding the guy with the ball, or just completely lose sight of their player, or completely overreact to a simple head fake on the perimeter, or try to help on defense when it's not needed thus leaving their guy wide open for a three pointer, or when they luck out and the guy misses the wide open shot they also fail to box out. This is stuff you'd be embarrassed about in college much less the NBA.

Hopefully they get all of this out of their system today.

We have been staying one win ahead of our last season's record. But after this game at 18-25, we will be tied with the team which had all new players to break in after losing 4 of 5 starters. This year we have no such excuse.

There isn't a more embarrassing team this season than the Portland Trail Blazers.

Look at the other shitty teams in the NBA, they actually play with pride an effort at least. Lakers play hard, Sixers play their asses off, Suns play really hard. Mavs are improving now that they're healthy.

I'm starting to think that yeah maybe this team wants to win, but they don't really want to win that bad. They all got paid, teams sort of figured them out after overachieving last season, and maybe they're content with that.
