Is anyone else seeing the humor in you guys talking about firing the only black Blazer broadcaster on MLK day?
Michael Holton? I didn't even make the connection but in fairness...I was talking trade not firing

Wall was just named Eastern Conf player of the week.

I think unlike most folks that Plumlee is still a work in progress..his age alone says he's not finished learning the NBA game. He hasn't started that much in his career and seems to be a pretty quick study. Impressed me how he improved his free throws quickly after teams targeted him early on. Gametime was talking about how many times Duncan played Dirk and it was 90 times ...changes the instincts. Plumlee is just getting his feet wet against veteran centers like Gortat

Everyone points out the FT thing as Plumlee improving, but really all he did was go back to what he was doing before. He shot 68% his senior year and 58% overall in college and was 55% shooter overall his last two years in the NBA.

Just off my night shift, wife left for a month to see her family overseas...came home to a cold cabin..if my humor fails today, I apologize...if it weren't for the game I'd be sleeping

Vonleh +29 setting great screens and getting boards. Don't take him out...

Damn. We're playing some good basketball. And Washington isn't.

I don't know anything about everyone but I think he's going to get better..the dude is on the right side of his 20s

I will say this about Mason though, he's a really smart player that is limited by his body and not his effort.
Which is why I want him relegated to a reserve role, not dealt.

DAMN that was a good defensive possession. Best all year.

I agree, but I think he's getting 10M+ per year when his contract expires. Dunno if I want to pay that much for a backup.

Noah plus 30 with only 2 points?

(Plus 28 now. Take him out!)

To be fair, 'Tone can be pretty funny at times though.
Wheels: Gary Neal is a scorer, if nothing else.
'Tone: No "if"...he's nothing else.

Gonna lose the lead again. Put Vonleh back out there....

I think most think of young as 23 and under as far as the NBA is concerned. Plumlee is nearly 26- most studies show physical peak between 27-29 so in the NBA concept he is more or less who he is physically. His development, if any will be between the ears/skill sets, and I can't recall the last time someone was able to grow THAT much beyond 25-26 years old in the NBA. Not unprecedented but not all that common either.

Well, we've got a year and a half before we have that problem. If we have drafted/traded for/developed a center sufficiently capable of supplanting Mase by that point, I won't be too concerned about losing him.
