lol Blake was sealed by an obvious moving pick
Hell I think it might have been holding or pass interference or something too.

OTOH, the Blazers finally seem to be pulling away from Boston. Will be a great win with all the adversary.
And what about all those games where LMA would just laugh on the bench during losses, or chuckle on his way back down the court after doing something stupid? And all those games where he lazily shoots jumpers instead of working hard to get high percentage shots? What about the weeks, months, seasons where he disappeared from games that the Blazers could have sorely used a full-on Nic Batum while completely healthy? Does he get a free pass for that?

Mocking people who thought Nic was turning the corner is shitty. Just shitty fucking behavior. It's classic "LOOK AT ME I'M RIGHT ON THE INTERNET" idiocy.
I don't really care about that. One good game does not mean Nic "turns the corner". He's had lots of good/great games. Looks like a top 5 SF. Worth the contract that the Blazers gave him.
Then he goes back to his usual. I recognize that, and I laugh at people who don't.
You should put this in the Batum tracker thread. Good post, I agree though.I have nothing against Nic the person, it sucks that he's going through a shitty divorce and doesn't seem to have much confidence in his game.
But I am a Blazer fan, I root for the team and the city. If a player isn't contributing to the success of the team, I want him to either step it up or become a trade asset to bring in a player(s) who will. Nic Batum has always been a talent with skills, but his motor is highly suspect and for every game that he shows his full potential, he has 3 games where he disappears or plays a passive "letting the game come to him". I'm all for glue guys and players who do the unsung dirty work that every team needs, but Batum is not that player. I lobbied for him to be traded when his value was high. I think that there are small forwards in the league who, although they would not have the talent of Batum, would have the "Wes Matthews" drive and determination to give it 100% every damn night. The Blazers should get one of those.
It really shouldn't be like this
I'd say he stating his opinion and I agree with itOh, so you're educating us?
I sense very little humor in anything you've expressed but I'm probably just an old guy without a clue that thinks this team is a contender and Batum is a big part of the team. Hope you're laughing at my clueless blind opinions. I find a lot of joy in this roster.I don't really care about that. One good game does not mean Nic "turns the corner". Let's just let it go and move on..That people deserve to be laughed at?
Look, it's not even really about Batum. He hurt his wrist and Chris laughed at people who were happy he had a good game last night. Fuck that. You agree with that? Fuck you too.
