Made a couple good plays defensively, but yeah didn't look comfortable offensively. Not sure what is up with Collins, he was not to impressive tonight.
Good call. He's really mechanical right now. Thinking instead of doing. When he plays with flow, he's good, but right now he's lacking confidence and worrying about getting fouls called against him.Made a couple good plays defensively, but yeah didn't look comfortable offensively.
His shot preparation and release on his 3 ball has been really inconsistent and I feel like he's struggled with his timing and recognizing his opportunities / open space playing in pnr and off the ball, especially when he's playing with Meyers.
And I've gone over the finishing issues multiple times as far back as before we drafted him. He's effective when he makes the simple play or has the size advantage, but he too often wants to put the ball down and bully or skill his way into scoring around the basket and he just doesn't have the strength, length extension or vertical athleticism to be effective vs legit size.
I love how Nurk is like aww yeah my boy is breaking out and Moe is down there like fuck that's going in.
LMAO, poking the bear huh?@Dan Marang why don't you like Nurk?
And Stauskas is like "I remember when they used to let me do that".I love how Nurk is like aww yeah my boy is breaking out and Moe is down there like fuck that's going in.

He was excellent at being human. That man was "THE MAN"Does anyone know if Martin Luther King was any good at basketball?
Source: MSN: 'They started talking a little bit too much,'' Nurkic said. ''But I'm too busy to have all those conversations.''
Damian Lillard scored 26 points and hit key shots down the stretch, but Nurkic's 17-point, four-block third quarter was the talk of the Portland locker room after the game.
''He was huge. They blocked a few of his shots but we just kept giving it to him in the paint and he figured it out. He got his timing down and getting into Rudy's body. He started rolling,'' Lillard said.
