Well said. The thing I like most about Layman is that he MOVES. He makes an effort to get himself open and make plays.

I want Moe traded more than ET(almost) just to open up those minutes. Seems obvious to me other than D(when Moe is motivated) that Jake is an upgrade in every other category.

When the team is NEVER prepared to handle pressure defense when its obviously our achilles heel, then yes, I can blame Stotts. Almost all his sets break down against pressure defense. It turns into isolation BS.

I agree some what if there not practice it or it not in game plan that Phoenix does pressure and be ready for it then I would it the coach fault. But if they have and the players don't adjust it I blame the players. Dame and Et been playing in this league long enough to being able to handle the pressure and they been around long enough to adjust how there getting play.

Harkless knows that's Terry wants. Terry knows his job is based on making Dame happy. As long as you frame what Dame does well, you'll make it on this team. This Blazers team exists to keep Dame's profile high and Terry employed.
