Western Conference Standings
(We're 1.5 games behind the 8th spot)

Batum back in town. I hope his game is absolutely cold. Meanwhile, Denver does not deserve the 8th spot. We should have it. Of course all seeds 7 to 1 have winning records but if we can acquire Butler or Ibaka we may surprise the status quo, make a 10 game run and create fear once again.

I hope Nico lights us up quadruple double style, and we win by 20!

I used to love the NBA as a whole more than I do now. When League Pass first came out in the mid 90s (You needed a satellite dish), I went crazy watching all the games every night, flipping back and forth. It was very exciting. A big reason I don't watch as much as I used to though is because there is no team that I absolutely hate. I hated Jordan's Bulls and rooted for them to lose every game they played so I learned to love all the other teams in the league. In the 00s, I hated the Lakers just the same so I always rooted for them to lose. In the early 10s, I hated the Heat. But now, I hate no one. I don't particularly like the Rockets, Warriors, or Clippers, but I don't hate them. I just want the Blazers to go all the way. Soon, I'll be rooting for the Jazz, Thunder, and Grizzlies to lose and we try to catch up with them but right now, it's all about the Blazers. I'm hopeful we can go 24-9 the rest of the way. Thank it's doable and that's what I'm rooting for.

February 2, 2016

5th seed Grizzlies 29-20
8th seed Blazers 24-26

Blazers ended up 5th seed

This year:

7th seed Grizzlies 29-21
9th seed Blazers potentially 22-28

This is doable!

As usual, the lack of interior offense is highlighted early.

Lillard with a fantastic start, scoring 14 points in the first quarter

Crabbe is slowly cookin! Nice set-up by Moe.

Probably the best ball movement we've seen all season. Been fun to watch.

I love Crabbe so much.
Crabbe reminds me of Courtney lee. Crabbe is a little bigger and I think he has the potential to be better though.

Crabbe is getting respect from the refs. Twice he's gotten FTs off jumpshots
