It just means that he's not at all an efficient scorer and it's probably in response to people in here acting like acquiring the dude would be some kind of huge achievement for the future potential of our team and while I think many in here overvalue Dort he definitely doesn't have the 3rd worst TS% in the league. @Wizard Mentor he has the third lowest on that first page of players on the link you gave... the 98th best in league right around guys like Brandon Ingram, Chris Duarte and other really good offensive players. Top 100 is actually pretty good for a perimeter player and it's especially good for a perimeter player seen as Tony Allen type.
