And winning all 3 of these games will mean nothing except allow Stotts to continue to defend his lousy gameplan in the postgame presser.

I'd say it means we keep a little bit of breathing room from the 7th-place Mavericks who are just 1 game behind us. We don't want to start the post-season with having to fight for a playoff spot in the Play-in, tiring our guys out for our first round opponent.

We're going to win this game, and our shit players are going to pad their season stats against shit teams, even though they are literally unplayable against any sort of playoff competition.

That's a very nasty poll, Darkwebs; you should probably be ashamed of yourself. :)
He's been on a roll lately. Did get a gander at that "Which LA team will win the Ship" poll.
@SlyPokerDog needs to get in here and fix this quick!

I have been so good lately not using expletives when i type. I'm proud of myself for this post!

Blazers get to pick on somebody their own size

and that poll should be drowned in a barrel...then the poller stuffed in that barrel...and the barrel kick out of an airplane at 20K feet

Honestly I think with a first round exit, which is the most likely thing we see, that neither of those poll question options is the outcome. If we go out in the first round again then I would be shocked if at least we didn't see Stotts fired. Obviously, I want a fresh start (that doesn't mean everyone traded or anything) just a new GM who decides all of the rest of the particulars. I definitely don't want Dame traded and don't think he will be.

I do want him traded and think he will be if he demands a trade because of moves that make sense for the franchise but that would both sadden and surprise me.

As far as the game, I think we get another win but it won't change the way any of us or Dame looks at this team. We can beat bad teams but not good ones, which means we're not one of the good ones.

It may mean we move to 5 seed. Lakers play Nets, Knicks, and Hornets.

We’d be 33-21

if Lakers lose 2 of 3, they are 33-32

keep climbing the standings

falling into play-in would suck; falling out of play-in won’t happen. We have 8 game lead and the tiebreaker over Pels.

In My Humble Opinion.
This team needs to keep working and keep trying to find a way to win games.
They need to gel up and get some confidence again.
I know this team can play better. They have about another month to get things working. It's too late at this point to tank so get to work Blazers!

Calls himself a "beast" but needs load Management on a minute restriction after missing the whole season again. Soft

Lol climbing the standings won't mean shit if we can't defend or even beat playoff teams.

I just want this season too end and to see Stotts get canned.
I'm with you but I'll still be pissed if Stotts is Olshey's scapegoat. If Stotts isn't the championship coach that Olshey has been selling him as since the year Olshey got here then Olshey needs to go as well.

It’s a good idea to sit nurk since it’s a back to back and youd much rather have him for the Miami game. A smart coach would also use this as an opportunity to pair Giles or RHJ with Melo and see how it works. That’s assuming Melo has to play, but that’s another discussion.

I have a feeling RHJ is going to be a 10 day contract with 10 DNP’s

nurk is just being rested for the heat since its b2b

no need to play him against the pistons
