Yeah you expect them to at least catch one of the calls. Either the foul or the goal tend. Either way it changes the game completely. Better yet they catch the foul and the goal tend.

Absolutely correct. Given the rules as they stand, in the last two minutes, the refs should call anything even remotely resembling a goal tend; knowing they can review it.
