Last night= shock.
Wake up this morning=pissed off.
I rarely watch NFL because of the officiating. No biggy, I am not emotionally vested in any team.
Not the case here..
The amount of known wrongs our team went through due to horrid officiating just last night alone is wrong.
I still love my Blazers...
The NBA??.....not so much.

GREAT NEWS. Refs fucked up on national television. Stephen A smith is twitting this out now. Twitter is blowing up now. Good news for super star Lillard and blazers going foward because NBA owes us now
Unfortunately they might think they owe us something for our loud and vociferous reaction

Yeah there was no way they were going to call the foul on that situation even if it was. It almost is never called. But you have to call the obvious goaltend. You have 3 refs and not one can make the correct call? It is such trash.

Have to agree with you on the foul. It's almost like they were so set in not deciding the game with a foul call they decided they were not going to blow the whistle no mater what. Then when the obvious goaltend happened none of them were ready to make any cal at all?

Names are
J.B. Derosa
Brian Forte
Josh Tiven

As i remember some crews stay together most of the time?
I think as punishment the league should force last nights crew to work tomorrows game at Moda...
I'm still looking for Nurk's buddy, Tyler Ford, who hasn't worked a Blazer game since that horrible night last March...

For that game the crew chief or #1 official was Josh Tiven. But Brian Forte has a bit more experience. JB DeRosa is a second year official. His father was also an official if you remember Joe DeRosa.

Tyler Ford did the Dallas vs Washington game yesterday. Eventually he will show up i would think?

Doesn't it seem strange Ford never works Blazer games given what happened?
I wonder if we'll see last nights crew again?
Makes me wonder if Kiki or whoever runs it pays attention to bad blood scenarios, and if so, what would that say about how the league views the deficiencies of the officials and protects them.
Sad, any way you slice it....
Dam...I need a beer already!!

I'm not sure on this? It seems we get Scott Foster quite a bit? Tony Brown has screwed them quite a bit and he works Moda all the time. Hardly ever get Bill Spooner or Tony Brothers? I wonder if it's more regional than anything else?

A little nepotism eh? You don't say..

one things I'm questioning about Stotts last night: over the last 2-3 minutes, Utah repeatedly got Swanigan in screen-and-roll. They were exploiting Swanigan's poor foot-speed and lack of mobility; they were scoring with ease. I think Stotts should have tried Gabriel. He's much quicker than Swanigan and may have better length. I mean, since Utah was scoring just about every time against Swanigan, if Gabriel would have failed it would not have made any difference.

I remember a playoff game where steph came back and the Blazers kept letting Steph matchup with Ed Davis, now I loved Ed but ya know what, its weird but to my shock Ed couldnt guard him....
