BLAZERS' OFFICIAL GAME NOTES • Monday marks the first of two regular season matchups between the Trail Blazers and Hawks in 2016-17.
• Atlanta has won four straight games against Portland, having swept the season series in 2014-15 and 2015-16.
• Atlanta is 11-4 in its last 15 games against Portland, and 5-2 at the Moda Center during that stretch.
