He drafted Leonar_ and then compounded the situation by extending him for 4 years, 41 million.

Let's be fair, no one on this team outside of Dame has done a MF'ing thing. Moe? Nurk? Aminu and Ed? It's not like they're old and grizzled and playing out the string for a check like Vince Carter (who I'd like to have, BTW). These dudes haven't come close to a conference finals, they're paid like they have, and they're still on their first/2nd contracts.
