I'm looking right at the NBA box score....Turner has been there all night. Thought you were a writer....you can express without F-bombs, right? Besides, you're an educated enough fan to realize Turner is missing even if you don't see him. You have to watch for fake news....or have better internet.

I'm not at home right now, so I was checking the box score. Going to watch the game when I get back. But I have never seen a player completely removed from a box score like that. Is the box score lying about Dame and CJ's horrendous shooting night as well?

Sadly, it is not. They were laying bricks left and right and not giving the ball to Nurk who was on fire.

Dame gets him the ball plenty. Nurk missed a couple more off his passes. That being said, Nurk was fantastic tonight.

Charlotte adjusted to the pick and roll just like most other teams. That play wasn’t there. It’s why we still need shooters.

He had 3 fouls and two garbage calls.

Nurk also had 7 turnovers in the paint. The passes were made to him the guards. He was awesome, the guards shots were off, but don't act like they didn't get him the ball. Nurk could have had 30+ tonight. Dame gets him the ball.

Two of those fouls were those bogus offensive fouls on picks....at least one of which was courtesy of Lauren "no clue" Holtcamp.

Agree, just wish they should have feed the beast tonight. Maybe Nurk could have gone off for 40 tonight, who knows.

he's listed on the nba.com box score...bench had 31 tonight

Nurk is just scratching the surface of how good he can be. When he gets more control offensively in the paint, he will be unstoppable.

I'm amazed how aggressive Nurk plays even when he has 5 fouls he goes out and gets his fourth block...that's a beast

he neutralized those turnovers with 4 blocks and 2 steals....some of the turnovers were ref calls though

Yeah I don't think that is the problem. Nurk has had his chances. Some games they give it to him too much IMO. But he is young and he will get better and more consistent. Tonight he did not force things....except the passes to Hark. But he has the potential to be a good passer too.

He played great tonight though, great hard picks even if the refs give him no respect.

Some are up in arms over Dame's shot selection, but many were good looks. He was cold for a small stretch last year, just before he went off on that road trip in March. The thing is he was giving it his all. Dude is driven. Funny he gets labled a shoot first guard, but if you really watch the games, he always tries to set up his teammates to get them going. He could be averaging near 10 assist per game. As Nurk gets more dominant in the paint, he will approach that number. But Dame has a fire in him, that I never want extinguished.

Glad we pulled through and the shooting came back at the end. Man, we are going to sign Nurk for a song this offseason.

Totally agree. Many in here poo pooed that idea as well as in the other site that is toast. I love the guy. I wanted him here early last year when he had fallen out of favor here in Denver. I could see the possibilities. My buddy, a Nuggets season ticket holder saw it as well. I use to say to him, "if only the Blazers had Nurk". Well it happened, and I am so excited about the future of his game. He's young, but it's all there to mode.

He's not on the trade block either...that weighs on a guy...we dangled him in the summer to New York and again probably to the Clips....he knows he can breath and unpack..
