He was drafted for three years before he ever played a game here. He plain in Italy.
He was 25 before he ever played a game in the NBA. How old is Elleby?

Are we really comparing a guy who had to wait until we traded 3/4ths of our team to get any meaningful minutes to a guy who was a huge part of a dynasty for a decade?

Yeah I think he'll do better when the trade deadline is behind him. I think he's a little in his head about this shit... or it was just a hot streak and he'll be really streaky for the rest of his career or it was just a fluke like Linsanity and we're fucked because our front office is going to pay him like he can play like he did on that streak.

No.
What I said was go watch Manu when he was young and see the Elleby plays like him.
And by the way when Manu was drafted he had to play three years before they even brought him to the league.
Then he was coached by Pop who is a decent coach I hear.
Elleby is how old and how far out of high school?

Yea he’s definitely a wildcard but his game been concerning latley
 
This is not saying much, but Winslow is the best defensive player we’ve had in a long time. He knows where to be, makes the right rotations and has proper close out technique.

I just said Manu wasn’t an NBA player at all when drafted. Try to keep up here.
Again Manu had to play three years in Europe before even playing in the NBA.
 


GBIII has hops. Fortunately, he was on the floor with someone who could throw a lob.

I just think that if there is value out there for him, trade him now. I do not like the way, even at the top of his game, he meshes with Dame. So get what you can for him and live with it if he blows up because he's not going to blow up playing next to Dame, in my opinion.
 
ya but look at the players around Ant -- they suck and do not bring out the best in him when most are lucky to even be on the team -- give him Dame back and others and I think he would be fine
 
I do want our guy Nurk traded but more so than that, I just want one of our guys to get taken out of the game, get talked to for a second and then leave the bench because he's been traded. I love the drama of all of that shit. And I know this isn't just fun and games and it's real peoples' lives but man this stuff is almost as exciting for me as games and it's more exciting for me than games have been lately.

I'm honestly chalking it up to deadline stress. It's got to be on his mind so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he has a big one next game.

His body language seems off to me?
 
I may be crazy or just victim to the soft tyranny of low expectations... but this Blazers team is kinda fun! Swarming D, running a lot... If you've got to lose, this is the way to do it.

And our one remaining CJ is a hustle machine! Pity nobody on the team can shoot right now. But we're getting layups and SCORING IN THE PAINT!
