Well I could see Curry and Et splitting time. That would be my preference; doubt that it will happen...

Sure it does.
I'm not the one nitpicking. I simply posted that the Blazers haven't had a 4th quarter as good as last nights against the champs. You responded with a boxscore of a near comparable, but not as good game, where the Blazers had a damned good quarter yes, but not as good as last nights. I offered a point that you couldn't refute. Beating the champs by 22 with a 35-12 4th quarter, including a 8 point possession is an amazing feat. I can't remember the bench playing at such a level against their starters.
There is nothing wrong with having a discussion about CJ. This is a forum. It is what is done here.
You think it is unique to the Blazers?
And that is nit picking.
And CJ has been as effective as anyone overall in the 4th qtr this year. Why? We have had more dominant 4th quarters than last night in the past so I would expect some more in the future.
'Solid connection' would be a stretch for me but I personally find it quite interesting to see how well they played and how free flowing the ball movement was without CJ in there. Also, they had such interchangeable defenders for most of the Warriors switches, it caused some issues on offense for the Dubs.
Last year something similar happened as well. Their largest margin of victory for the year was a road game against the Sun's where CJ did not play. The next time they played Phoenix, it was in Portland, CJ played, and it was a down to the wire game.
Much to small a sample size and complete opposite ends of the spectrum with Golden State and Phoenix..... but it is curious.
What a 4th quarter!
Yea get tired of Green he try intimate the referees all the time and yes he could get T every game and probably should be kick other every game. There others in this league but not as bad Green though.
Sorry buddy, but I think you're letting your preconceived notions get in the way. There were PLENTY of possessions where Turner came down and called his own number without making a single pass.'Solid connection' would be a stretch for me but I personally find it quite interesting to see how well they played and how free flowing the ball movement was without CJ in there.

Also, I think it's far fetched to draw any conclusions from that complete aberration of a quarter - that was one of those blue moon quarters.
Correct me if I’m wrong... I think the Blazers has another streak going when Seth scores 9+ points or more.
Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

It's easy, we're very good at Home and bad on the roadIn a period of 4 days, we went from being outscored by Dallas by 15 in the fourth quarter to outscoring Golden State by 23 in the fourth quarter last night.
This team confuses the hell out of me.

I agree that it is a calculated move - but Steve Kerr is not a fake tough guy. The dude went into a fist fight with MJ for crying out loud.Fake Tough guy. Likely, a calculated move.
I like Kerr a lot. I was trying to say that we was ACTING like a FTG, not that he actually was one.I agree that it is a calculated move - but Steve Kerr is not a fake tough guy. The dude went into a fist fight with MJ for crying out loud.

Sure it does.
In particular was the pitty party about how the refs always call more fouls on the champions. Who can actually think that? Were those the worst quotes? There are more insulting quotes about Blazer players in this thread. From Blazer fans.
How? Are the Blazers the only team that has lost a big lead in the 4th and lost the game or blew a team out in the 4th of a close game at the start of the 4th? If they aren't the only team then it has nothing to do with the Blazers and is a statement of the nature of NBA basketball in itself and not the Blazers other than they are an NBA team.
what makes separates the warriors D from other teams is the ability to get their hand in and disrupt the ball and/or play, without getting fouled.I was focusing on Thompson last night. The guy is good no doubt, but he benefits greatly from the Warrior's system. He would never be an all-star on a mediocre team. Yes I would still want him on the Blazers, but his lateral quickness is minimal. He is a smart player and plays great team defense but one on one? Not that good. If he was on the Blazers we would complain about his handles, but in the Warrior offense there is little need for him to put the ball on the floor.
Because we are talking about these specific games. Blowing a lead and losing to a non playoff team, then beating a playoff team the next is actually quite typical of the Blazers

But did you see Zach sweat at Klay?!?!?! And he called him a Hoe!!!1!!1!Which ref was Kerr referring to that had relations with his mother?
